Shout out to Jason at the front desk! I realized I had left my jewelry in the room after checking out, and when I called, Jason responded with such kindness and efficiency. He confirmed with housekeeping, then told me to email him a UPS label—and personally took my jewelry to the UPS store to ship it back to me. In a world where genuine customer service and thoughtfulness can be rare, Jason went above and beyond. I can’t tell you how grateful I am. His help meant more than he probably knows.

I want to praise the service from front desk manager Jason T. We had booked online a specific mobility-impaired room to meet my wife's needs. When we arrived, through some glitch in the system, the room was already occupied. This was not Jason's fault, yet he spent much of the next 45 minutes, interspersed with helping other customers, to helping us find a solution. He checked out various alternative handicap rooms, inspecting them personally. He called several nearby hotels, and finally help conjure up a room situation that would meet our needs. All this time he was calm and worked with a smile. Jason went well beyond the ordinary to be helpful to a couple of weary and vulnerable travelers. Thanks Jason!

The location of this hotel is perfect, right next to shopping centers, a bowling alley and restaurants. The hotel is clean and rooms are big. The front desk staff are professional and very friendly. Will definitely stay again the next time we’re in the area

Nice hotel, it was clean, rooms were large. The location is perfect. It’s close to everything. The staff are outstanding. Jason and Alex take hospitality to the next level. ****** the hot tub wasn’t working but it’s not their fault. The pool is still nice and bigger than most hotel pools

Good Stay in a Pinch
It was a good stay just a few things like the hallway to our room selling like ****, loud people above us who stomped around all hours of the night and that the snack area doesn't except cash.
